A name, place, or other term entered in a search box is sent to the third-party provider operating that tool. Licking County Released Inmates does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
If you send an email or contact message, we retain what is needed to respond. A message is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Automatic Technical Data
Standard web systems can record technical details when a page loads, including:
- Your internet protocol address
- Browser name and version
- Device category and operating system
- Pages viewed and time spent
- The referring page, when supplied
- Date and time stamps
